Hi

currently experiencing some sleep issues that I think are related to my diet and in particular histamine. That said, it could be SIBO, or something else entirely - I am still at the exploratory stage with this :)

Therefore I think I am looking for a functional Dr, or someone with experience of treating sleep/gut issues. Can anyone make a recommendation please? Area of the city not so important, I am happy to travel.

I've had chronic sleep issues ever since I moved here. It's something about this city.

I never slept while down town. I moved to San Isidro B.A to get a good nights sleep

I went to this public hospital a few years ago when I was having some stomach pain. I waited around eight or ten hours to be seen in the emergency room. The doctor that I saw was Russian, spoke great English and assured me that I would live. I had to return at around 4:30 AM the next day to get a number to see a specialist. They only give out a certain amount of numbers each morning, and I may have gotten the last one. After another physical exam, I made appointments to get a list of tests done. The test results didn't find any problems. I started to exercise more, eat less french fries, spend less time sitting at my computer, and the pain went away. Getting lots of exercise could possibly help you sleep better.
