Looking For A Flat Or Ph To Buy

I'm still searching for a place to buy in Villa Crespo, Colegiales, Palermo, Almagro, Belgrano, Recoleta, Barrio Norte, min 50 m2, expensas no more than 1500 pesos, essential: enough day light and in good shape. I've seen sofa flats in terrible state and people here are living in a bubble, they think they may get 2 k dollars!
By the way: I've an account in Europe so paying in euros or in dollars to another also abroad is no problem.
