We are an outsourcing company managing a logistics and transport project based in the USA. Agents will be responsible for ensuring that the Customer experience goes smoothly and exceeds his expectations from the moment of booking through delivery.
Proactive and multitasking skills will be mandatory, as providing customer care solutions by telephone, e-mail or web chat, is only a small portion of the job, which also includes administrative, logistics and outbound calls, in order to find the best option among to address clients’ needs in a way that are valued by the customer and superior to the competition.
We provide a specific training, in which every agent will thoroughly understand the business, including our organization, market positioning, and practices and procedures.
Sales Representatives required. Professional sales experience in Contac center will be helpful, but not exclusive
Te campaign we are running is for a Transport Broker Company based in EEUU, specialized in International Logistics.
Agents will be responsible for developing specific solutions that address client’s needs, while integrate the brand capabilities in a way that are valued by the customer and superior to the competition.
This will be done while building the clients new base, and keep a strong customer relationship with new and old customers.
We provide a specific training in which every agent will thoroughly understand the business, including the organization, competitiveness in the market, and business issues.
Skills Required
