From what I understand you can only work if you have been invited in an exchange programme or if you have revalidated your university degree in Argentina.

It is true that news is not encouraging... but is there any possibility to get a job in any private hospital, if you get a job offer or employer requests for a specific doctor?

Having just read the law regarding working here it is very specific that you need to revalidate wherever you work whether it is public or private. Also bear in mind that Argentina has no deficit in doctors so it may not be easy to find something.
