International company seeking Buenos Aires based administration assistant to perform accounts payable services on a freelance/contract basis. Tasks include raising purchase orders/invoices, maintaining account records, communicating with customers/providers on account queries, etc.

You can work remotely from home, although availability to meet occasionally at office premises in central BA is required. Own computer with basic office software and high speed internet access required. Native or expert communication skills in English, with a good level of Spanish a plus. Proficiency in standard office software tools, such as MS Excel, Word and e-mail. Initial training and ongoing support will be provided, but preference will be given to candidates with experience in accounts payable processing tasks.

An opportunity for expats seeking to stay in BA over a medium to long period. Home based work means a high level of flexibility in work hours, although a certain structure in this respect will be required. Remuneration reflecting relevant background and experience will be agreed on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis. Estimated average time requirement is 25-30 hours per week.
