maybe check out the Alliance Francaise ? they do offer courses, my spouse (now fluent in French) used to study there..

Good luck with your search! I was looking for awhile for an independent teacher. But then-- thanks to someone on this forum-- I came across Alternativa Francais. They have native-speaking teachers and will meet you in cafes, at home or at their school in Belgrano. Alliance Frances, which is a far larger school, doesn't use native French teachers! The teachers are Argentinian (although their French is obviously quite good).
