Hey everyone! Ok so my current landlords of my shared flat are finishing up renovating a studio apartment in Recoleta (2 blocks from Plaza Francia). Equipped with a full kitchen and full bathroom and a division of the space making it comfortable for two people. It is 6000 ARS, 3000 each. The location is unbeatable... I've been here for two years and never thought I would be living in such a great area. It is beautifully decorated and this price includes all expenses, furniture, cable, wifi, etc. All included. Plus they are just amazing and will help with anything we need, modifications, furniture changes, they are open to help accomodate.
