Hi,
My name's Andre and I'm looking for a store that stocks a lot of Italian food products. For example polentas, italian olive oils, pastas, etc. I'm from NY and I am used to cooking with a lot of Italian or US brands. When I try to cook with Argentine brands the experience is rather flaccid. Garlic, for example, is often way too old and dried out and a lot of the spices seem to have zero potency.
Anyway, in a country with this many Italian immigrants/progeny there must be a decent Italian imports store somewhere in BA.
Also Queso Rallado can bite me, where is the REAL italian cheese? No grated wax please.
