Looking for recommendations for a window repair/rehab service.

We have an enclosed area lined with metal framed windows which are in need of re-glazing and mechanical adjustments on the closing ones.

Anyone have recommendations? I would prefer having them fixed to stop water ingress but having difficulty finding the right guy.

Seems most people in our building just remove the old and replaces with new (IMO ugly) windows. While we prefer the original style from about 1950.
