Then you should got to a place where they have ENT specialists. They will not do that at IADT or Hosp Italiano on a weekend night. I can suggest you go to https://www.instagram.com/instituto_orl_arauz/ they take walk ins 24/7 and will remove ear wax if needed. They specialize in ENT.
