Looking for room to rent max $400/month

Hey im a web designer from the uk, will need a room for 6 months. need internet connection. Ideal place near some kind of transport, peaceful, with some kind of terrace or balcony for a bit of sun. I'm stayin in palermo for now, and looking at places this week.
