Hi guys, I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment to rent for 2 years, preferably in Palermo or in the neighbourhoods close to it (Villa Crespo, Barrio Norte, Colegiales, Recoleta, Belgrano, Canitas), it should accept pets (2 lazy cats) and have at least a couple of these things: lots of natural light, sun, cute view, losa radiante, A/C, reliable wifi, close to the subway, cool neighbours, reasonable expensas, unicorns and rainbows.

Do not need: cochera, amenities.

If you have or know anyone who might have this flat, please let me know.
