Looking for students/tourists to share my 200 msts. flat

Hi, I´m looking for students or temp. tourists who would like to share a very nice appartment on Figueroa Alcorta Avenue recently decorated one block from Malba, facing Paseo Alcorta Mall, next to parks, clubs (Club de amigos), safe neighbourhood, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms would be available as well as all the common areas of the appartment, kitchen, huge living and dining room facing open views/parks.
I enjoy very much speaking to foreigners (I am very fluent in english, french and manage some german and italian) and sharing nice moments with people from the international community. I am on a flex. scheadule, I enjoy sports, have an open mind mentality, have studied and worked abroad and would be more than glad to show you around the city/ or other regions of the country.

I have a friend who is coming over for an extended stay early next year, can you give some idea of your costs?
