Does anyone have a volunteer opportunity that they would recommend?

Please suggest one, if you know of one. I am open to many different types of work, so tell me what you know.

I heard recently about www.leer.org. It is an NGO focused in improving reading skills in inpoverished children, they need also work done in the translation field. Its office is located in Palermo, Cervinio 4400.

There is a network that gathers many small local NGOs, www.idealista.org.

You could try Unión de los Pibes - I volunteered there about 18 months and had a great time - they always welcome new people. They're having a picnic with the kids tomorrow, 11am in Parque Lezama.
