Hello everyone!
I'm a recent college graduate from the University of Edinburgh, and before that I graduated from the American School in Japan. I'm an American citizen, and I'm currently living in San Francisco; however, my family heritage is Ecuadorian and I've wanted to live in South America since I was very young. Although neither of my parents speak Spanish, I threw myself into studying Spanish in high school and was able to take the AP a year ahead of my peers...and I scored a 5! I've kept up my Spanish skills since then by reading Borges and Garcia Márquez in Spanish and indulging in the (more than) occasional telenovela.
I'm sure I sound quite idealistic, but I would love to move to Buenos Aires and I'm wondering if anyone here has advice about how to go about seeking jobs from abroad. I would also love to hear your stories about how you came to live in Buenos Aires, and what life is like there.
¡Es un placer escribiendo a ustedes, y espero sus respuestas!
Muy atentamente,
Kelsey
