Looking to rent a 1BR or 2BR apt beginning May-Aug

I'm looking for a 1BR-2BR apartment to rent (sublet ok too) beginning anytime between May 1 and August 1. I will be arriving in BsAs sometime in that window but don't have an exact date yet. I'll be living with a local who can handle viewing, deposit, payments, etc in my absence and who can move in anytime in that date range.

Open to all areas of the city but prefer Palermo (any area), Recoleta, Belgrano, or Almagro.

Looking for balcony, full size fridge, oven/range, AC/heat, furnished if possible.

I used Alternativa Propiedades when I first arrived. There's a realtor fee but I had a very easy, stress free experience.

How long are you looking to stay in Palermo? Funished units implies a short term contract - 3 months generally and I assume have some qualification hoops to jump through. There are daily places as well, but check the rates. Otherwise, there's always AirBnB. Check for those with a monthly discount.
