looking to start chatarra restaurant

I think if you keep it small - puerta cerrada style - you could make it work. I'd stay away from trying to make it a full-blown restaurant, but a puerta cerrada or delivery-only place could work.
 
My family loved american cottage cheese and the white whipped cream sold in markets. Also it may be a good idea the frozen dough to make crescents, great since everybody here loves them!!
