Lost phone. Looking for a Tmobile SIM card & Samsung Phone Whatsapp Sellers?

Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
What exactly are your expectations here? Are you hoping someone will sell you a T-Mobile SIM card and Samsung phone over WhatsApp?

Even if that were to happen, it’s pretty unlikely you’d be able to activate a T-Mobile SIM card outside of the U.S.

You can purchase a new phone, you don't need a new Sim Card. New phones should be able to operate now with T-Mobile E-Sim. Your T-mobile online login should allow you to download the electronic sim. Contact T-mobile customer service for technical assistance.

Alto Palermo Samsung: Model on display $170. But no stock. Dismissive service.
Samsung Armenia: Nice staff. Bought phone. But then sent to Claro @ Asbestos Mall on Corrientes to get service / chip. (I know I spelled it wrong)
Claro Asbestos Mall: Chip installed w tourist plan. Starting to feel better. NOPE. Clerk manually enters visa card twice incorrectly. Refused 3rd try.
(Monday): Back to Alto Palermo to Claro for tourist chip. Fine. No problem w visa card. (Can I make calls? No..you have to go to kiosk for that..)
Kiosks on Santa Fe: Sorry we don't have that.
My Cover: $30 phone cover and child's clip rope/thingy to attach to my body
More Kiosks: Sorry we don't have that call package.
Apartment: Logged on Wifi. Download translator. Recharge phone.
Still no idea how the f to make calls to US.

Why is it like this here?

So, is your phone line activated now? Can you receive local calls or SMS messages?
Also, have you tried registering with MiClaro to check your balance and manage your plan?

Do you absolutely need to make international calls directly from your phone?
You could try using Skype or some other app.

More Kiosks: Sorry we don't have that call package.
Kiosks don't sell packages. They just load money on your balance.

I can whatsapp & sms w a wifi connection. I do need to make a few calls to businesses that wont recognize a whatsapp or call app number.

Look, buddy, you got two things going on here:

1) A USA sim card that let's you call the USA while roaming in Argentina (T-mobile, Verizon, etc.)

2) An Argentine sim card that let's you call around Argentina domestically.

These two do not overlap. # 1 will charge you a fortune calling around Argentina. # 2 will charge you a fortune calling the USA.

For # 1, if you already have a T-mobile account and you lost your phone. Buy your new phone, log into your T-Mobile account online and download your Esim onto your new phone. Done, now you can continue calling the USA.

For # 2, Buy a chip wherever you want and you go to Claro and get it activated, now you can call around Argentina.

Nobody in their right mind living in Argenina is calling the USA using a cell phone provider. It would cost a fortune and a lot of cell plans here probably don't even let you. People living here instead use apps like Skype, WhatsApp to talk to family or friends.

Most businesses in the USA don't use WhatsApp, so if you aren't going to go with a USA cell provider, then you'll need a VOIP service (Ring Central, Zoom Phone, Google Phone, etc.).

You do realize that eSIMs aren't all that common outside of flagship phones, right?
Definitely not in the $170 USD range that TS was considering.
