You do realize that eSIMs aren't all that common outside of flagship phones, right?
Definitely not in the $170 USD range that TS was considering.

Most newer midrange phones should have esim now. Samsung A35, 55, Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro, 14 Pro, 12T Pro (On discount), Motorola Edge 50 Fusion and a good few others. Specials to be had all around the $150 - $220 mark on some older flagships as well. A35 or older Xiaomi can be best bet.

Also, you can install a physical sim card to give your phone eSim capabilities - Look at 5ber and esim.me

The cheapest locally available Samsung Galaxy A-series model with eSIM is the Galaxy A55 5G, priced at around 800 dollars. Good luck finding it on sale for a special price of $150–$220.

Wtf... ok you can scratch the A55 off the list in Argentina. I guess the best bet is to use one of the esim cards to convert a budget phone.
