Yeah, we were planning on it, but things here at the forums have been pretty sour the last 10 days or so. Everything I post draws a shitstorm of harassment and petty personal attacks, and I don't think it's possible for me to plan an event under these circumstances.

We're thinking of a little something for the US game on Sunday Esteban. It's almost a certainty that Joe and I will be hosting some sort of WC chat this weekend as a one time thing, especially considering that I kind of suspected Red wouldn't be wanting to use his slot thid weekend.

I too have grown weary of Ceviche's unprovoked and persistent personal attacks. But I attribute it to "Roid Rage" and the unrealistic demands society places on us men from the earliest age to have perfect bodies like Arnold. As a Christian, I have learned the best policy is just to turn the other cheek and to take comfort from the bible in these trying times:

“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be children of your Father in heaven; for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet only your brothers and sisters, what more are you doing than others? I'm here. I'm trying to figure out a place. It wouldn't be at 2. It would be at 7 pm for the US game vs Portugal. We'd have a farewell Esteban/ US vs Portugal thing going. We can't do the usual places because they'll be too crowded for the game and they don't take reservations. I'm exploring different options but I'll take suggestions.
