Hi Folks,
I recently started a new blog - called Someday...Maine - to post about my various interests - travel, food, wine, and other things I am interested in. While some of the posts will be related to Maine (my home state, and where I own a house), it will also include posts about Argentina (where my wife is from, and where we expect to live for part of the year...someday). While all of the posts may not be interesting to you, I recently did a post on Asado that I thought some of you would enjoy - https://somedaymaine.com/asado-part-i/ - it provides an overview of Asado for all of my American friends, from the perspective of a Yanqui who has learned (but not mastered) how to do Asados. You will note that there is a toggle on the site to switch between English and Spanish - my wife is translating the blog posts for me, but I don't have all of the posts currently translated into Spanish (it's a much harder task than you think, because you have to get the tone of the translation just right).
Steve
