Map Stores (Geography/cartography)?

I am currently working on a project on international boundary disputes in South America (Bolivia and Paraguay to be specific) and I have been doing research at the archives here in BA. Which is great, except that I can't draw on their maps!!!

Does anyone know of any stores that sell maps? Stores dedicated to mapping and cartography, globes etc.? I'm thinking of the kind of antiquarian shops you would find in London or Paris. Probably not...

Alternatively, I thought I saw some kind of a "geography association" somewhere in Palermo, but I don't remember where! Does this sound familiar to anyone?

The Instituto Geografico Nacional is in charge of maps for the country. I've never seen a map store in BA. My buddy has gone there in the past for research on some mountain areas and found them helpful.
