Mattress pad?

I am looking for a mattress pad (or just something like an egg-crate). My new apartment has a very hard, uncomfortable mattress and I went to Falabella but no luck. Couldn't find anything on previous forums, sorry if I overlooked.

Not sure if anybody actually found what they were looking for. I'd imagine maybe you can buy the egg-crate foam down in the fabric district on Lavalle (starting around Pueyrredón). Also start asking in any store you see selling a mattress, they might be able to help.

If anyone searches for this in the future, I found foam that turned out to be an amazing mattress pad on Av. Scalabrini Ortiz a few blocks past (southwest) of Corrientes intersection. I forget the exact cross street. If walking from Corrientes, it is on the right side of Ortiz! The store sells fabric and foam pads.
