Here of course, just look at the public “book values” of properties when it comes to taxes vs. the listing prices of their neighbors. I am however referring to things like trusts and complex ownership models of companies to hold cash and assets while enabling the benefactor to declare a fraction of their actual wealth.

In Argentina it seems everyone who flys around on private jets is poor in front of AFIP...
