Is this for real ? Or is it only something that Temer's Brazil is proposing? It seems a little exagerated to me.I don't blame the Brazilians for trying to jump start Mercol again after the Kircneristas did everything they could to render it non-functional but I would expect some measures a little more effective than this given the expertise of their new economy minister.
If Macri is smart,he will play both ends against the middle and try to join the Trans-Pacific Partnership too.Moreover,I wouldn't put that past the Brazilians either.

This is totally for real. The deal was signed in February last year. By 2020, ALL registered vehicles in the Mercosur area will have to have the new license plates.
