Argentina is number 6 on the aluminium import ranking for the US, about 1/20th of the number 1, Canada. No exceptions, supposedly, though who knows. So I guess we are officially amused now

*Edit to add, it seems Australia got an exemption. Canada maybe also, if it becomes the 51st state? Even Macri got an exemption for Argentina in 2018...
