More space / short term lets

We need some more space to live in, but it's a load of hassle to move, expensive and we might need to move again soon.

Any ideas on getting some more space?

Some things that would be nice to be able to rent:
- a garden or allotment
- storage space
- a workshop
- a garage
- a very short term rent shop
- a big kitchen

Especially anything close to Av SantaFe
