Motorcyle trip to the northwest

My girlfriend and I recently did an 8-day motorcycle trip from BsAs to the northwest - Cafayate, Salta, Jujuy, Salinas Grandes - and back. We blogged about it a little bit from the road and then with longer daily posts after we got back.

Wow, looking forward to reading about that! can i just ask you were you got the bike or is it yours? We are looking to go to uruguay for christmas on a motorbike, the long way round - on a motorbike so any advice on where is best to hire would be great

We rented from GoodBike in BsAs (http://goodbike.com.ar/) and had a very good experience with them. In our "Planning the trip" post (linked from Day 1) we write about our experience with several rental companies.
