Why they need US$20 million for a museum in a building that already exists, is beyond me.

Some would say that US$12-US$15+ million will be in the form of kickbacks to CFK, ~US$500K to US$1 million for renovations to the building, and the rest goes towards buying your silence.

Tis true - for 20 million they could buy and renovate La Rural in Plaza Italia.
