It reminds me of England 1966, when South America was even better than today at futbol, Uruguay was a powerhouse, Argentina had excelent players as usual, Brasil had won the two past tournements... There was Pelé and Di Stefano...

In that WC, there were two games, Argentina-England and Uruguay-Germany. They put a german referee to Arg-Eng and an English to Ger-Uru.... of course Eng-Ger was the final, both with polemic refereeings. (Google Rattin and Queen Elisabeth)
