Regarding a nanny service. What we have found that works best for us is to advertise on this site for child care. Have had some wonderful young adult female travelers to care for our child. They have been from all over the world and really been a delight for our child and ourselves. Helps these young travelers to finance their travels without a middleman that takes a portion of their wages.
