we came in a couple of weeks ago with a precaria, they ask nothing.
xray scanner had me open one bag- the thing that caught his eye was a wire mesh basket with momofuku noodles and a dyson vacuum cleaner in it, wrapped in clothes.
He took one glance, waved me on.

Brief report:
Went through EZE. Immigration official was very courteous. Didn't ask about travel insurance. All in 20 minutes from getting off the plane to getting past security.
