Not so fast! Don't rush me! Quick question now that I have all you tech geeks in one place; How do I keep the cute little coffee cup holder that pops out of the side of my PC extended continuously. It seems to have a mind of its own and occasionally recedes back into the case. I'm not always that quick to grab the coffee cup.

The problem with flash is adobe. They fucked up and couldn't make an efficient player. Now we're stuck with a mess. More and more people use tablets and phones to browse the internet. flash is horrible on the few mobile devices that support it.

Exactly!!!! We are in the Post PC Age and have nearly dumbed downed to Facebook, Youtube and chat. Tables are fine.

And what exactly you're looking to build? Maybe a Wordpress (easy CMS) dynamic design (as in it adjusts to the size of the device) would do?

Worppress is a probably a good idea - depending on the requirements for your site. There are lots of ready to use themes available for free (or a small fee) incl. themes that adjust to the size of your device (for example themes based on bootstrap). And you could use the various plugins to add all kinds of features to your site.
