Neutering a cat

My flatmate wants to neuter his young female cat, but the cost (200 pesos) is a little steep for him. Are there any non-profit groups that might do that service at a lower cost (or for free)? Thanks.

and if they don't, they may be able to advise you as to where to get it done more economically. I paid (if memory serves) $90 pesos to get our kitten neutered in May 2009, so maybe shop around at various veterinary clinics? Good luck!
 
I got in touch with them and they charge only $100 for everything. We have an appointment now for Saturday. Thanks again.
