I think its smart to review the law and update which actions should be punishable to what extend regularly as the society evolves. But why the heck does the proposal contain the decriminalization of possession of child pornography?!?

In Argentina any sentence less than 3 years is not effective, only if you get convicted of another crime then the years add up. There might be some exceptions--maybe Bajo Cero who is a lawyer could clarify better than me.

Agreed about the jpg, but then it is the Herald.
Almost impossible to read it and the only way to get the image is to snip it.
