New Rules For Criminals

Ayn's utopia is free from license plates or other identifying features, and ski masks are standard operating equipment to protect the identities of motochorros and their pillions from the collectivists!

It's confusing to say the least.
In 2009 they enacted a law that all delivery/messenger bikers should wear the reflective vest with reg number on the back.
How many have we seen actually wearing that vest since then in Cap Fed? I think I've seen one perhaps in 5 years.
Scioli the twerp just signed into law as an emergency measure and part of this new 12 month emergency security decree for the Province of BA, that the pillion passenger should wear this vest and helmet with the reg number printed large front and back.
However, it still remains unclear regarding the proposed law for all and any bikers, whether alone or with passenger on a national or provincial level.
There are so many unanswered questions here and people rightly feel castigated here for crimes they are never likely to commit.

Are you really suggesting that an Argentine government official might enact a law or impose a regulation without considering all the consequences?

Nah!

Yesterday the stupid box was showing police distributing free reflective jackets to bikers. A common denominator for most of them riders was carrying a backpack...

I haven't got a problem per se with reflective anything; I mean, we're invisible enough as it is.
I always carry my backpack.

Keep an eye out on your TV's for our protest at the Obelisk tonight at 1800 and later, me receiving my deportation papers lol.
