I am still waiting for the peripheral, myself. With a station at Dock Sud. Just like in Moebius.

there is a big difference between a tender to study and actually building anything.

right now they only have initiated the former. don't get too excited :)

Hope springs eternal....at least on the subject of expanding the CABA subway system.

Actually, compared to most north american cities, Buenos Aires has been remarkably quick and efficient at building subways and light rail. And the Metrobus stops went up practically overnight. The Red Line in Los Angeles began construction in 1985. They are still working on it. Link Light Rail, in Seattle, began construction on their main line in 2003. They expect to have it done by 2024.
The Linea H is a speedy project compared to those two.
