New to BA.. Best way to find stuff for our place?

I think you are talking about el Mercado de Pulgas located at Dorrego street, Colegiales neighbhourhood, next to Palermo.
 
No they are open, they are in the same location, next to the new buildings -- they are supposed to be moving in next month.
