Very easy.. move to Mar del Plata and go to BA for the summer. You get to enjoy both cities when they're most enjoyable.

I live in Mar Del Plata and love it...... those 2 months of the summer you just mostly avoid the beach and stay in or travel.... I lived near the beach all my life so in any country that summer tourist season is a pain... but you just deal with it since you have 10 other months of peace and quiet....
