Nicaragua & Armenia?

Wondering what you guys think of this area? Pretty safe part of town for a month or two stay?

I used to live a couple blocks from there, great area. Tons of nightlife plus a park and grocery stores nearby. To be completely honest we did get broken into once but it could have happened anywhere... I still feel plenty safe walking around that neighborhood and would recommend it.

Personally, I would rather not be right in the middle of the restaurant/nightlife district, though I like being within easy walking distance.

All of Armenia is a nice street, large Armenian community in that area.
