"Womens Lib", or being a feminist, means accepting the women are equal to men, and should have equal opportunity, pay, and rewards.

I admire women not feminists. Feminists tend to see men as their enemy. This is why most of them are lesbian as well. They turn women into rude macho wanna be's. Men and women have the same rights for everything and anything, but I celebrate the differences. I do not want to be a man.

Why oh why do pregnant women get to cut in front of me in supermarkets? It's not my fault, I didn't do it. And half of them aren't even pregnant they have a damn pillow under the top.

Unless you ever been pregnant, and are a woman, I highly doubt you can understand what they go through.

There are some lovely old fashioned courtesies here that sadly have been forgotten in other places and long may it continue.
I once, many years ago in London, went on a date with a femenist and when we arrived at the pub, I bought the first round.
Knowing that she was what she was, when the next round was due, I said it was her turn, to which she got up and left in a hissy fit.

I hope people aren't confusing kindness with "equality"

Many years ago offered to bring a female co-worker a cup coffee one time and before I knew it, sexual harassment accusation was made against me. Never went anywhere but I got an education that day on kindness. Been down hill ever since.

Happened in the USA where I worked. She had just been transferred to our work group and unknown to me at the time, the lady was on the ropes for job performance. Human resources recommendation to me, offer nothing unless asked. You are guilty until proven innocent.

Being a gentlemen is always in fashion - whether on the bus, in a restaurant, or at home.

I only had one negative experience with that on a first date 1993 in the US. I held the door open for her igoing into the restaurant and she told me that wasn't necessary. When I pulled out her chair she took it from me and sat herself down. I promptly handed her a menu, said, "Enjoy your evening," and walked out.

Don't have that problem now. My wife and I are 100% equal but she appreciates a good man.
