The Second Circ Ct of Appeals issued its ruling essentially requiring Argentina to pay the "vulturous" holdout bondholders 100 cents on the dollar. Details to follow. No doubt Arg will supplement its pending appeal to the US Sup Ct.
Who knows, maybe the holdouts will accept CEDINS?

There will be no changes on blue rate until August this year, depending on the PASO elections, and the the mid term elections, eventually there will be an official devaluation and deep blue escalation.
