Obama meets with the terrorist Dalai Lama

Now how can China occupy their own country? Try looking at maps of ancient China, do you see Tibet being anything but a part of China there?

Try looking maps of ancient Russia. All operations performed in Georgia actually happened in Russia! Same goes for all the neigbouring countries. We can also find maps from ancient Greece, Rome, France, Ottoman Empire,...

If ancient maps are the basis by which to call leaders terrorists, perhaps Arnold shouldn't be meeting with Obama either. Here is an ancient map of Mexico:

My point was obviously that Tibet never has been independent, so it would be hard for China to invade a country that doesn't exist. The only reason it wasn't under Chinese rule before that was because the British invaded Tibet and later left.
You can hardly compare that to Georgia, Mexico etc.

Also, my main point was that, regardless of what you think of Tibet's independence status, the Chinese liberated the Tibetan people from Feudal slavery.

Do you actually slightly, even superficially, check your facts before posting your mind-boggling works of art?

Here we see how Xinjiang Uyghur, the Turkish Muslim province has been Chinese for centuries, but Tibet? Nope...

Then read this, superficially at least, and then make your assertions.

By all accounts independent countries like Mongolia are more of a Chinese Province in nature than Tibet. Gosh!

I couldn't agree more. The Han Communist Chinese did liberate the Tibetans from a horrible theocracy and turned them into just an oppressed minority. I'm not being ironical, I'm sure they are much better off under Chinese rule.

Just as the Americans liberated the Iraqis from Feudal slavery, right?

Funny you'd pick a map that it is Chinese, a language you can't read, so you have no idea when it's from or even what it is.

China is comprised of a bunch of provinces. Tibet is one of them and has been under Chinese rule for different periods of their history.

U.S didn't liberate the people of Iraq. They invaded because of the oil. This is very different from what China did. In fact China let Tibet be an autonomous region and did not interfere with their affairs. What they did do was try to reform Tibet, get rid of the feudal system. Which the aristocracy in Tibet refused to do. Hence, finally, the "invasion".
How can you claim to have socialism in your country while one of your provinces has a brutal system of feudalism? You can't and obviously sooner or later they had to interfere.
I don't see how that is different than how the federal government interfered in some southern states during the Civil Rights Movement. I am sure a lot of southerners saw that as an invasion as well.

And yes, they are a lot better off under Chinese rule obviously. At least 95% of them.
