Hi All,
I have a friend who will have her first child here in BA and is having a hard time finding an OBGYN.
It is not that she is picky or has a set birthing plan that involves a water birth while KenyG plays Mozart in the background while three masseurs rub her back and feet with goat's milk . Her only concern is that she wants to avoid an unnecessary C-Section or induction. So far, all the doctors she has seen seem to try and convince her to go for a C-Section or planned birth induction. She is very rational and knows a C-Section could be needed in a real emergency, but given that the rate of unneeded C's is so high she'd like a doctor who is more into natural birth. Though she will welcome an epidural. Any of you have a doctor who you can recommend? She is in San Isidro, but Hospital Aleman covers her health insurance.
Thanks and regards
Parvati
