so same as if it was for a citizen, where a contador publico presents a Declaración Jurada sobre el Origen Lícito de los Fondos (Ley N° 25.246, Resolución UIF N° 26/11) and that the fondos provienen de ACTIVIDADES LICITAS y sus ingresos como empleado en relación de dependencia etc

And with an oblea which is a formal certification of professional registration and active status (legalización or constancia de matrícula) issued by the Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (the professional body regulating economists and accountants in Buenos Aires Province). This document Validates the Accountant's Status and Authenticates the Digital Signature

And both documents then go to the escribano.

you have to get a letter from your accountant in germany. get it apostilled/translated in spanish by govt certified translator here and then get it authenticated by a local accountant here. then present this apostilled/translated/authenticated letter to yr chosen escribana ( magistrate) who will use it when u choose yr property.
