Obtaining Argentine citizenship

These newer posts make me optimistic. Can these posters suggest lawyers, those that has been getting citizenship for his/her clients quickly?
You can only be optimistic if you already have a citizenship case initiated with the courts prior to May 2025. If you haven't started a citizenship case already then you won't be getting one any time soon due to Milei passing a decree last year transferring citizenship from the courts to Migraciones (not one person has received citizenship from Migraciones yet)

It does not exist anymore. When a country develops a CBI, it has to delay free citizenship applications in order to in entice the payment for fast citizenship.

However, such clause was already been declared unconstitutional so you can apply at Federal Courts but it is not fast.

Have either the cost or the conditions of the CBI been revealed? If not, and migraciones is not yet processing "free" citizenship, then, at least for now, the only path forward appears to be through the Federal Court.

A figure of $500,000 USD has been floating arround as a projected cost of a "golden" passport, but I wondee how many applicants would want to invest in a business activity which would create employment for Argentines and or require continuing participation an actual business, especially in a country with a history of corruption at the local level and a current monthly inflation rate in excess of three percent.

Not one person who applied after May 2025 has received citizenship through the federal courts either, though there are lawyers out there who are happy to take your money and file a case anyway. I wouldn't get your hopes up for citizenship in the country if you didn't start a case prior to May 2025. Best to wait for Migraciones to sort out their process, or if someone somewhere in Argentina is able to finish their citizenship case in their local Federal Court just follow in that persons foot steps. But I wouldn't recommend hiring a lawyer now until it's been proven by someone else.

Good Afternoon All! I am currently in the process of getting the retirement VISA. There has been a lull in communications with my immigration attorney. The last step completed was getting a bank account open. Does anyone know what I can expect in terms of time to complete this process? Thanks for any and all info!

You'll need to open up the bank account yourself in person or if you have a DNI already you can do it online

Even if a case was filed (and "accepted" by a Federal Court) shortly after May 2025, has enough time passed since then for any court to actually complete the citizenship process?

If I wanted to move to Argentina without having sufficient passive foreign income to qualify for temporary residency, and I did not have the resources to qualify for (buy) the investor passport, and applying for citizenship with a lawyer through the Federal Court would allow me to legally remain in the country during the multi-year citizenship process, I would undoubtedly be happy to pay a lawyer to, at the least, to have "protection/immunity" from deportation by migraciones during the process...

...and I would want to be represented by a lawyer with a history of successfully opposing unconstitutional decrees regarding citizenship.

So I already have the bank account. Do you know what needs to happen next? I do not have the DNI yet?

Sure, and get deported while waiting. You are missing the point here: once you applied at Federal Courts, you cannot be deported.
