Obtaining Argentine citizenship

As part of the citizenship process as you may know, you must publish a notice in the newspapers that XYZ person is soliciting citizenship in Argentina. Rubilar has published hundreds of people in a particular newspaper, anybody can check the newspaper archives and see the clients that were published. Using that information you can easily go to the courts website and check the status of a persons case, you will see that the vast majority of his clients which had initiated the citizenship process and been published in the newspaper years ago have still not received citizenship and their cases are at a standstill.

To be honest I think it's a bit of both, Rubilars abrasive approach with the judges and the secretaries at the court are not winning him any good will, walking in and threatening everyone with being sued and fines, calling the court officials racists, Nazis and purveyors of slavery (these are literally the arguements he makes in his court filings).

In addition simple requests that the courts ask for, Rubilar refuses to comply with. One example being the newspaper publishings as I mentioned, the courts will tell you which newspaper to publish in and the exact message that has to be written. Rubilar instead published his clients in a different newspaper (that was cheaper for him) and made up his own message for the newspaper to write, instead of publishing what the courts asked.

Another (and the current issue for most of his clients) is the proof of income, which is a requirement in the consitution to receive citizenship. Rubilar is having his clients sign declarations that they brought tens of thousands of dollars cash over the border, without declaring it at customs like they should have, and they've been living off their stacks of cash for the past few years. The courts are responsible for weeding out any drug traffickers, human traffickers and other types of criminal elements from receiving citizenship. Understandbly when people are unable to explain how they earn a living and that they just live off cash they brought in illegally without declaring it at the border it makes the courts unsettled, and not only are those cases not progressing, some clients have had their cases reviewed and then the judge declined them without giving them an opportunity to correct it or add additonal evidence.

As the courts mention in all citizenship filings, applying for citizenship is gratis (apart from the newspaper publishing which you pay the newspaper for) and does not require any type of gestor or lawyer, it can be managed by yourself for free. The fact that clients of Rubilar in the past have received citizenship with his "help" doesn't mean that they wouldn't have been able to do it by themselves or with other lawyers and achieved the same or most likely an even faster result.
You seem to criticize me because I do what the Federal Law says: I enact oficios and edicts in 3 working days because the Bar Association Law allows me to do it. When the judge 2 years later wants to enact them instead of enacting the sentence I appeal and the Chamber of Appeals normally revoque these arbitrary decisions. This is how I won many cases with 2 years plus few weeks.

Regarding the honest way of living I use accountant certifications that show the income is money laundry free.

I have never provided "help" paralegal services, I litigate, if this is abrasive for you, sorry, this is the way it is.

I appreciate the detailed and well written response.

Back in 2012-2013 Dr. Rubilar was able to win my case in 16 months; it would have likely happened even sooner if I hadn't dragged my feet in obtaining some documents the judge asked for from the USA. At that time, if you didn't already have permanent residency, there was no way to litigate a citizenship case and win without hiring Dr. Rubilar. From what you have written, which I believe to be credible, it appears that as Dr. Rubilar has taken on more complex cases (criminal records, illegal entry, no proof of local honest way of making a living, undesirable countries of origin) he has engaged in some scorched earth tactics that have backfired in terms of obtaining results.
