The article says that now that the Monster of Peronismo is not a choice, many voters of Larreta are going to choose Lousteau while the voters of Recalde are never going to vote for Larreta. So, he predicted that Losteau is going to win the ballotage. Interesting theory. He explains that it already happend in other province before.

It can't, because it is mandatory to vote here. 45% will stick with first voting and other 5 will get from people that are crossing whatever comes first. Otherwise this is quite common phenomena in real democracies,when supporters of supposed winner don't come, since victory is already "achieved", and opposition mobilise every possible voter. Anyway, hope dies last...

I was put off Lousteau when, the day after La Nation wrote about the net worth of all the candidates reveling Lousteau as far more than comfortable, his supporters glued pictures of his crooked smile to every single thing on my block. Trash cans, light posts, people houses, etc. I expected that kind of shit from Recalde (who in the end didn't do so in my neighborhood) but not from the guy protesting government spending on "maquillaje".

The city government aka the city tax payers had to pay someone to scrape you and your ugly unibrow off the trash cans and I had to peel your mug off my gas meter housing. Apparently the realidad no se tapa con globos sino con afiches!

By the way, the "regime" created the plan procrear (soft loans for building or improving your house). Bebneficiaries: 61700 homes.

Don't knock a plan to help people rent.

For lots of people who come from working class backgrounds the lack of a garantia is a huge barrier as is the 4 months of commissions and deposits which you have to bundle on top of moving fees.
