paco is made from the leftover cocaine paste when they make cocaine. it's like a byproduct and is cut with various substances.

crack is made using cocaine and baking soda.
 
Thanks. I've heard paco is cut with toxic substances (like rat poison), and that it can destroy a user's brain in less that two years.
 
Cocaine, crack and paco are all cut. Paco is just the dregs from the cocaine producing process.
