Hi Julia, it just got vacant feb 12 and is available for viewing anytime. there are no pets and smoking preferable out the window! it is not a shared apartment, it is a 1 bedroom apart for rent! the area is great and price is alot lower then other paces in that area because i like to always have it rented! my email is [email protected]
